For notaries and wills lawyers
Join the provincial directory
mWill helps Muslim families in Canada prepare wills that follow Islamic inheritance (Faraid) and their province's signing rules. Many of them will want a professional to review and notarize the result.
Why join
Free to join, no exclusivity
Being listed costs nothing and does not stop you working with any other service or client.
Clients in your region
Families preparing an Islamic will can find professionals in their own province when they want a review, notarization or wider estate planning.
A document you already know
Each province uses one mWill template. Review it once and the drafts clients bring you follow the same structure.
Help shape the templates
The provincial templates have not yet been reviewed by lawyers. Your feedback helps make them sound before launch.
What happens after you apply
Step 1: You submit this form
Tell us where you practise, the languages you work in and how to reach you.
Step 2: The mWill team reviews it
We read every submission and follow up by email, usually to confirm your credentials and practice details.
Step 3: Approved and onboarded
We set up your directory listing and portal access, and share the template for your province when it is ready.

How introductions work
A directory, not an agency
mWill helps clients find you. It does not stand between you and them.
Clients choose
Clients decide whether to contact a professional and which one. A listing is not an endorsement, and mWill does not promise any number of referrals.
Shared only by consent
You see a client's will only when that client shares a specific version with you. Every access is recorded.
Your terms, agreed directly
mWill only makes introductions. Fees, engagement letters and advice are between you and the client.
